Following the Somatics session, immerse yourself in the ethereal sounds of the Sound Bathing experience. About your facilitator: Maude Moreno discovered Yoga in 2002 and became a Registered Yoga Teacher in 2012. She has since trained in various disciplines in Yoga, functional movement, strength training, breathwork, mindfulness, and sound healing. After a 24-year IT career, Maude shifted her focus to Yoga’s therapeutic benefits following a health setback in 2021. She founded Yoga and Movement with Maude LLC and now teaches Yoga and mindfulness in public classes, corporate spaces, and serves as a wellness public speaker and wellness retreat facilitator.
