About this Event
A 90-minute relational workshop exploring presence, boundaries, and nervous system safety. You can feel deeply connected to someone and still lose yourself, overgive, say yes when you mean maybe, or pull away when things start to feel real. Through guided somatic practices, partner exercises, and group exploration, you’ll learn to stay connected to your truth as you connect with others.
This workshop is for singles, couples, all genders, anyone who wants to deepen intimacy with themselves and others in an embodied, grounded way. All practices are invitational, consent-based, and designed to create a safe, respectful space. ENG Arrive at B23 Space.

Who is this for?
Info: This is for you if you’ve ever said yes when you meant maybe, given more than you truly wanted to, or pulled away when connection started to deepen. Whether you’re single and navigating dating, or in a relationship and wanting to feel closer without losing yourself, this space invites you to explore a new way of relating — one where you stay connected to your own body, needs, and boundaries. Come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to engage.
