Beginning Wednesday January 21st at 12pm

No experience of running required

Each session delivered by an expert Athletics Ireland coach

Over 18s only

Buggy Friendly initiative

Dogs are not permitted

The aim of the programme is for each participant to complete a 5k run and participate in a local parkrun by the end of the 8 weeks
