This 2-day intensive ELISA & Western Blot course is designed to give early-career scientists hands-on experience in two of the most widely used biochemical and molecular biology techniques.

What You’ll Learn
During the course, you will cover:
Day 1 ( Sat 13th June: 09:30-16:00)
- SDS-PAGE and Western Blotting fundamentals
- Preparing and loading protein samples into gels
- Gel electrophoresis
- Protein transfer techniques
- Incubation of blots with primary antibodies
Day 2 ( Sun 14th June: 09:30-16:00)
- Completing Western Blot protocol
- Visualising and analysing blot results
- Principles of ELISA
- Performing a quantitative ELISA
