About this Event
Developed for new and mid-level managers, this series will help participants discover and refine their personal leadership style, using it to shape their team’s mission and goals. It will help participants develop skills around delegation, performance management, and emotional intelligence, enhancing their ability to lead successful teams.
The series will take place over a 4 week period and includes 4 live virtual 90 minute workshops, a Hogan Leadership Assessment and 60 minutes of 1:1 coaching, cohort collaboration/support, and activities/templates to bring the concepts to life in the manager’s day to day work.
Live Virtual Workshop Sessions:
The first 4 Fridays in Nov. from Noon - 1:30 pm PT
- Nov. 1st - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
- Nov. 8th - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
- Nov. 15th - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
- Nov. 22nd - Noon - 1:30 pm PT
Logistics:
- 4 live 90 minute virtual workshops, covering key topics for building leadership skills
- Downloadable activities/templates to bring the content to life in your work
- Hogan Leadership Assessment + 60 minute individual coaching session (scheduled at your convenience)
- Mastermind groups with other attendees (encouraged to meet throughout the series and afterwards)
Content & Objectives:
- Discover and document your personal leadership style, including communication preferences, risk areas, and more
- Develop strategic decision-making skills, through building a team mission and 6-12 month team goals
- Grow skills in setting performance expectations and managing performance throughout the year
- Build emotional intelligence and develop skills around giving and receiving feedback effectively and empathetically
This program will be capped at 12 attendees for more hands-on discussion and learning opportunities.
2 weeks prior to the course starting, participants will receive access to take the Hogan Leadership Assessment, in addition to a syllabus overviewing the course flow and logistics. Documents, templates, and activities will be shared via Google Drive. It is encouraged that all participants attend all 4 of the live virtual workshop sessions to get the full value out of the training.

About the facilitator:
Nicole Ennen, is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Org Empathy Consulting, LLC and facilitates experiential workshops and programs that help organizations develop their leaders, build interpersonal skills in employees, and create positive team cultures. She combines her Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, a decade of experience facilitating corporate workshops, a certification in Hogan Leadership Assessments, and more to develop impactful training programs that help participants get better in touch with themselves and one another.
