Join Maya Raichoora, the UK’s leading mental fitness expert, for an immersive visualisation session designed to elevate cognitive enhancement and help you think, feel and perform like the top 1%. As Nike's first ever mental fitness trainer she will teach you how to rewire your brain, build confidence and execute at your highest performance.
Perceive (1:15pm-2:45pm)
Spend ninety minutes with Professor Anil Seth, Neuroscientist and Consciousness Researcher, as he explores how the brain shapes our experience of reality. Drawing on his work in neuroscience and consciousness, he breaks down the science in a way that’s engaging, clear and grounded in everyday life.
Manifest (3:30pm-5:00pm)
Take part in a session with Roxie Nafousi, Transformational Coach and Author, where she explains how our thoughts and habits can reshape our inner world. She brings together psychology and manifestation to show how small shifts can create lasting change.
