Chona will guide you through gentle yet deep, long holding poses through Yoga. Feel free to let loose and sink deeply in your inner vibe letting the poses and the sounds relax you even deeper. Chona's calming words help you to completely let go of tension and help the mind settle into the moment by grounding you through your breath.

Crystal singing bowls and various sound tools will be played by Adele to fill your mind and body with pure, relaxing sound frequencies encouraging self love and inner exploration. As you stretch your body releasing tension, your body will be absorbing the pure energy of the healing sound instruments. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed and rejuvenated.

This event will have Elmwood Organics provide edibles and vapes to help you get lifted. And one or two lucky guests will receive a free gift!

This event is for all body types and no experience necessary. This is a laid-back environment where attendees can unwind and socialize. 💨🌿

Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. It would be recommended to have your own yoga blocks to help bring more support to your yin yoga practice.

Option to bring a light snack as an offering that pairs well with herbal tea for after our stretches.
