Join us for an immersive elemental sound journey — an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and explore your inner landscape through sound and rest.Icelandic artist and healing arts facilitator Jósa Goodlife guides participants through an embodied encounter with the elements of water, fire, air, and earth as they are experienced within the body. Through rhythm, resonance, and voice, this one-hour Elemental SoundBath invites you to notice how water moves through you, how inner fire warms and energizes, how sound travels through breath and air, and how the bones soften into the grounding support of the earth.
Designed to ease daily tension and awaken subtle awareness, this journey supports relaxation, sensory attunement, and gentle renewal of body, mind, and spirit. As the outer world quiets, space opens to reconnect with inner wisdom and a felt sense of nourishment.
Jósa weaves a rich sonic landscape using drums, gongs, rattles, and singing bowls, layered with voice, elemental poetry, and natural sound textures. The experience is both grounding and expansive, leaving participants relaxed, curious, and restored.
