Join us for an immersive elemental sound journey — an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and explore your inner landscape through sound and rest.
Icelandic artist and healing arts facilitator Jósa Goodlife guides participants through an embodied encounter with the elements of water, fire, air, and earth as they are experienced within the body. Through rhythm, resonance, and voice, this one-hour Elemental SoundBath invites you to notice how water moves through you, how inner fire warms and energizes, how sound travels through breath and air, and how the bones soften into the grounding support of the earth.
Designed to ease daily tension and awaken subtle awareness, this journey supports relaxation, sensory attunement, and gentle renewal of body, mind, and spirit. As the outer world quiets, space opens to reconnect with inner wisdom and a felt sense of nourishment.
Jósa weaves a rich sonic landscape using drums, gongs, rattles, and singing bowls, layered with voice, elemental poetry, and natural sound textures. The experience is both grounding and expansive, leaving participants relaxed, curious, and restored.

TEACHER BIO
Jósa Goodlife (she/her) is a multifaceted artist, energy healer, writer and sound-facilitator who serves her community through trauma-informed somatic yoga practices, sound healing, and spiritual mentoring. Born and raised in Iceland, Jósa draws deep inspiration from her Nordic roots and the elemental wisdom of her homeland, which she weaves into her healing work and artistic expression.
As a dedicated sound healing practitioner, Jósa holds transformative space through her signature Elemental SoundBaths — immersive healing journeys that guide participants through the four elements of water, fire, air, and earth. Her sound healing work has been featured repeatedly at prestigious venues, including the National Nordic Museum in Seattle and various cultural events celebrating Icelandic heritage across multiple cities in North America.
In 2025, Jósa published her poetic healing memoir, "Elemental Rebirth," which chronicles her journey of overcoming the aftereffects of cancer and hysterectomy in her early thirties, while choosing to embrace life as a newfound gift. Written through the lens of the natural elements, this art-filled memoir weaves together tranquil poetic wisdom designed to guide readers on a gentler path through grief and transformation.
