Get ready for a playful & invigorating in-person adventure where you'll dive deep into the world of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Through the weaving of RHYTHM, EMBODIMENT and the PULSE of the 4 ELEMENTS, we'll explore fresh perspectives, reconnect to your body, and be open to new insight.

Join Ora Goldin, founder of Living Rhythm and Embodiment Coaching & Sound Integration, for a unique, immersive experience.
This is an embodied journey through the wisdom and PULSE of the four elements – Earth, Water, Fire, and Air. Using rhythm, movement, and somatic practices, we’ll explore how each element offers a different lens, quality, and way of being.
Bring a challenge, a decision, a new direction or simply an area of life where you’re seeking clarity or fresh perspective.
This process isn’t about forcing answers.
It’s about listening to the body, opening to creativity, and allowing insight to emerge naturally.
Through a dynamic “body-storming” process ( aka brain storming ), you’ll move through each element, experiencing its unique energy and guidance. We’ll then take some time to share and integrate the experience and any insight that may have emerged.
PLEASE CONSIDER:
If you are in a very emotional, vulenrable or dysregulated space, please mindfully consider if this is the right time to join this workshop. Potentially deep and cathartic experiences aren't always what is most supportive for our system.
