Earth - Spend time using grounding techniques and honour Mother Nature through sensory foot bathing & creative activities usuing foraged materials.
Air - Participate in breathwork techniques delivered by Masher Dodd from Mind, Body, Cold and vocal activation during a letting go ritual.
Fire - Boost manifestations with candle magic and flame gazing. Feel the heat during the Thermo cycling by making use of the in house sauna.
Water - Learn how to use water for daily cleansing rituals you can carry into your every day life. Be guided into cold water techniques by Masher Dodd.
Spirit - Connect to spirit and take guidance and messages usuing oracle cards. Guided meditation to life your spirit and elevate your higher conciousness.
