This mini-retreat is an invitation to move through the elements and reconnect back to our Self, community, and nature - bringing you back to balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Earth | Opening Circle (10:00 AM)
Ground into the land and body through intention setting, gentle arrival practices, a cacao ceremony, and a guided nature walk. Slow down, settle in, and arrive fully.
Water | Sensory Meditation + Reflection (11:00 AM)
Move through the preserve with sensory meditation and reflective journaling. Water invites softness, emotional awareness, and flow.
Fire | Gentle Yoga + Inner Activation (11:30 AM)
Gentle yoga to awaken vitality, confidence, and inner strength—honoring Fire as embodied power, not force.
Air | Sound Healing + Breath (12:00 PM)
A nourishing sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and drums, paired with gentle breathwork to support clarity, calm, and nervous system regulation.
Integration & Nourishment (12:30 PM)
Plant-based vegan lunch, water refills, and open time to integrate, ground, and connect with one another.
