Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a form of acupressure similar to acupuncture without the use of needles. One simply uses their fingertips to tap on a series of energy points while thinking and speaking about the identified issue. As the energy moves, people may experience emotional shifts, clarity or physical relief. Used worldwide by millions of people and recognized by several medical and scientific communities.
