- the origins of the ancient practice and the purpose behind it;
- difference of Vinyasa Yoga (modern) and the actual Hatha Yoga (ancient) taught by the traditions.
- indian culture and ways of living: aspects that we can absorb to increase our spiritual connection and its relation with yoga (i.e., morning rituals, mantras, prayers, mindset, vision towards the self, life and death, etc).
- asanas: different purposes for seated, standing and balance poses; how to perform them with your mind and then with the body; how to make it impact one’s day-to-day life out of the mat.
- building your own sadhana (spiritual practice): different practices to perform as you wake up that will help you on the management of your emotions, decision making, relationships, and overall mental health, in order to improve your spiritual growth.
