Sound journeys have been found to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and improving overall mental health. The vibrations and frequencies produced during a sound journey can help reduce cortisol levels, induce relaxation, and promote a sense of well-being. Additionally, it has been known to improve sleep quality, boost mood, and even alleviate symptoms of conditions like chronic pain, PTSD, and depression. Overall, sound journeys can be a powerful tool in addressing various health issues and enhancing overall wellness.
We will also be offering Ceremonial Cacao as an optional extra for those of you who would like it.
Ceremonial Cacao is a beautiful heart-opening drink made from pure cacao beans, enhances the sound journey experience and allows for deeper exploration.
The session will last approximately 1.5 hours.
Please wear cosy, loose-fitting clothing and bring a warm blanket, pillow and something very comfortable to lie on (a yoga mat alone is not usually comfortable enough).
Eye masks and hot water bottles are also recommended if you have them.
