Edinburgh Embrace Class with Vanessa Leamy Corsini and Milonga with DJ Jeff Allan

Vanessa Leamy Corsini began dancing in her native Florence, training in classical ballet before discovering Argentine tango.
Now based in Scotland, she has been teaching authentic Argentine tango for over ten years. Her teaching emphasises musicality, connection and clear technique for the social dance floor.
Along side teaching she organises events and regularly invites international teachers to contribute to the development of the local tango community.
Vanessa invites you to join her for an exciting class “Beyond the Sanguichito: Playful Variations and Musical Possibilities”!
The classic tango sandwich may seem simple, but it offers endless possibilities. In this class we will explore creative variations, timing choices, and moments of expression for both leaders and followers, transforming the sanguichito into a playful and musical element within the dance!
The class will be followed by our usual friendly milonga with music maestro Jeff Allan as our DJ for the evening! Tea, coffee, water and homemade snacks will be available. There is a cash/card bar (licensing laws do not permit alcohol from elsewhere to be consumed on the premises).
