This is event is kindly sponsored by .
Neuron's mission is to help businesses transition from finite human labour to infinite agentic systems.
We will have three speakers this evening who will talk about how they have applied generative AI to solve problems at a major retail bank (bios below)
Schedule:
6pm-7pm - Networking with drinks + pizza
7pm-8pm - Talks followed by Q+A
8pm onwards - Further networking followed by moving to a nearby pub to continue socialising
Please RSVP so we have an idea of numbers for pizza.
The Bayes Centre is an accessible venue, if you have any questions about accessibility please get in touch.
If you have a shoutout / you are hiring please let us know!
Speakers:
Damola is a Data Engineer within the Applied AI Team at NatWest Group. He is currently involved in productionising data driven solutions within the space of Large Language Models. Over the years he has gained experience that cuts across Data warehousing and analytics within the cloud environment. He holds an MSc in Data Science and enjoys playing scrabble outside work.
Beth Barlow is a Machine Learning Engineer within the Applied AI Team at NatWest Group. She is currently focused on developing large-scale applications driven by Large Language Models (LLMs).
In particular, she designed and built the Bank’s first comprehensive framework for evaluating and monitoring LLM-based applications in production. Beth studied at the University of St Andrews where she gained a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Statistics
Geremy Bantug is a ML Engineer within the Applied AI Team at NatWest Group, with a primary focus on deep learning and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs). With an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Applications, Geremy has spent the last couple of years developing expertise in productionisation of data-driven solutions.
