Time: 12pm (we'll set off at 12:20pm).
Location: Beside the Scottish water top up tap, in front of the Scottish Parliament Building, Edinburgh

From there, we'll embark on a walk along the road up around Arthur's Seat, enjoying the beautiful views and lively discussions along the way. For those that want to stick around we will go to Holyrood 9A after for coffee erc.... (note the change of venue - we wanted somewhere indoors and dog friendly for the winter months)

This will be a fantastic opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and form a supportive community.

Whether you've been recently diagnosed, self diagnosed, exploring diagnosis or have been managing ADHD for years, this meet-up is for you.
We firmly believe that together, we can overcome the hurdles that ADHD presents and celebrate the unique strengths it brings.
The walk itself is about 5k and on pavement/tarred road the whole way. There is some uphill but everyone is free to take it at their own pace and we do make sure to stop for a breather part way up.
We recognise that this type of meet doesn’t suit everyone and we are very keen to support people to set up the types of meetups that work for them so if you have an idea for a meet-up and you’re happy to take charge of organising it please let us know and we’ll do everything we can to support, advertise and attend :)
