This session focuses on how operational design directly impacts margin.
As complexity increases, many businesses begin to absorb hidden costs - in time, pricing, rework, and decision-making.
We’ll explore:
- where margin is being quietly lost
- how structure influences profitability
- what needs to exist to protect margin as the business grows
This is a conversation about building businesses that are not just growing - but financially sustainable.
This is a facilitated conversation - not a workshop, presentation, or sales event.
There’s no advice-giving, fixing, or performance.
Just space to think more clearly, alongside other founders navigating similar stages of growth.
You do not need to have attended a previous Eden Growth Session to join. Each session stands on its own.
Who This Session Is For
This session is designed for founders and operators who are actively growing their business and beginning to feel the weight of that growth.
Most participants are navigating:

- evolving leadership roles
The room is intentionally peer-based, with a focus on those building and scaling - not just starting out.
About the Spring Series
The Spring series begins April 16 and is centered on The Architecture of Growth - a progression of conversations focused on designing businesses that scale with strength, clarity, and sustainability.
Each session is offered as a standalone experience.

Sessions are held at Harvest Store & Café (after hours).
A ticket is required for entry. Light refreshments are included.
