Heather brings over 20 years of experience speaking to thousands across Canada, the USA, and internationally. As a certified life coach, motivational speaker and educator, Heather empowers women to prevent burnout and create sustainable success.
After overcoming her own burnout in 2014, Heather has dedicated her career to researching work/life flow and the power of rest. Her keynotes blend personal stories, science-backed strategies, and actionable tools your audience can use immediately for real transformation.
Heather will also be leading us through a live coaching session with 2 volunteers.
