Ecstatic Dance with Sabrina – Yoga Positiva Berlin
Sabrina is the heart behind Yoga Positiva — a Berlin-based yoga teacher, DJ, and space holder who loves to bring people together through movement, music, and mindfulness.
Her Ecstatic Dance journeys are a reflection of who she is: warm, open, and deeply connected to the rhythm of life. As a DJ, she weaves soulful beats with grounding sounds, guiding dancers through waves of energy—from stillness to wild expression, from laughter to release.
For Sabrina, dance is medicine. It’s a way to come home to yourself, to feel joy in your body, and to remember that movement is freedom. Her sessions are more than just dance floors — they are safe, welcoming spaces for real connection, play, and healing.
