About this Event
You’re invited into a 3-hour embodied journey of breath, cacao, sound, and free movement - a space to reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and your aliveness.
The evening begins gently, opening a grounded and connected field, and then unfolds into a deep Ecstatic Dance journey guided by music, presence, and intuitive movement. We close with spacious integration and rest.
This is not about choreography or performance.
There is no right or wrong way to move.
It’s an invitation to listen inward, follow sensation, and allow the body to express itself freely - exactly as it is.
