Welcome to our fortnightly Sunday afternoon ecstatic dance. Open to everybody from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, all ages, size, shape and colour.This week we are dancing outdoors using silent disco headphones.
We start with an opening circle and cacao ceremony followed by free-from intuitive dance.
💖 CACAO CEREMONY
We start with a short Cacao ceremony, a truly heart opening experience. Cacao is the raw, pure form of chocolate, made from the fruit of the cacao tree.
💖 ECSTATIC DANCE
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form and conscious dance movement, held in a safe and sacred space. Dancing is movement medicine to heal the body plus it's also fun.
This journey is led by a live DJ set using different styles of music. The music always invites you to sink into your body and find your unique expression of movement. No DJ set is the same.
We start and end the dance in a circle together.
To create a sacred space on the dancefloor we have the following guidelines:
We dance as we are, without distractions.
We leave phones and conversation off the dancefloor.
We move connected to the ground with our bare feet (or in socks).
We respect ourselves and each other
💖 EXCHANGE
£15 with Cacao / £12 without Cacao
£5 Children under 16
We encourage people to buy tickets in advance so we have enough headphones for everyone.
💖 HOW TO JOIN
Order your ticket online
Dress in comfortable clothes, so you are able to move and also be warm enough, layers recommended.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated
Please arrive on time.

The area where we will be meet is the field behind the The Barn Coffee Shop. Sometimes the gate from the farm is locked but you can access the field from the footpath on the other side. See map in comments.
We encourage people to travel by foot or public transport if possible. There is free parking on the surrounding streets, please just be mindful of residents.
REFUND POLICY
We don't offer any refunds, but we can transfer your ticket to a future date if you notify us up to 48 hours before the event.
