Welcome to your weekly ecstatic dance! A place to breathe, move, connect and soak up sonic vibrations for body and soul. Come dance to your own unique rhythm!
Ecstatic Dance is free-form movement (no choreography), accompanied by a soundscape that follows a
wave structure. We start out gently, warming bodies up and inviting you into the experience to come.
The music then builds steadily, forming a peak of expression for you to go wild. We then expand into a
flow state, before bringing you back down to land in a still, resonant space. A complete integrative
experience for your body, mind and spirit.
Ashara will be inviting you into deeper presence with your body to embody your masculine & feminine energies on the dance floor. As we come close to the Full Moon in Sagittarius, the perfect opportunity to release, let go & be open to receiving the new abundant possibilites you are calling in...
We will begin with a gentle breathing practice, light language and meditation to ground into your body and leave the day behind.
We will close with deep relaxation, sound healing and light language to feel more connected to the version of you that is free & expanded.

Price: $25 or 2 for $40 (if you’re bringing someone new)
Cash preferred, bank transfer available
Guidelines:
* Barefoot
* Wear loose clothing, layers are good for the cooler nights
* During the dance use your body to express, save the chats for after.
* Phone off
* Alcohol and drug free
* Self expression is celebrated and movement is medicine
