Join us for a transformative evening of Ecstatic Dance in West London, blending conscious movement, ceremonial cacao, music, somatic expression, and community connection.
This is a nurturing, heart-centred space where you can let go, move freely, and explore what lies beneath your thoughts, emotions, and intuition.
Whether you're completely new to Ecstatic Dance or a seasoned mover, you’re warmly welcomed into our supportive community.
The Flow of the Evening
- 6:00–6:30pm — Arrival & Settling In
Arrive, ground yourself, and ease into the space. Connect with the energy of the room and prepare for the journey ahead.
- 6:30–7:00pm — Ceremonial Cacao & Guided Warm-Up
We open with ceremonial cacao to soften the heart, followed by gentle movement to awaken the body and release tension.
- 7:00–7:40pm — Opening Circle
A moment to land together through meditation, intention setting, and shared presence.
- 7:40–9:10pm — Ecstatic Dance Journey
A guided warm-up transitions into a free-form dance wave. Expect a powerful blend of world, electronic, tribal, and atmospheric sounds that invite you to move, feel, release, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.
- 9:10–9:20pm — Creative Flow
Express your dance journey with simple creative materials (provided)—a playful way to integrate your experience.
- 9:20–9:50pm — Closing Circle
We gather again for reflection, sharing, and grounding before re-entering the outside world.
- 9:50–10:30pm — Tea, Fruit & Community Time
Enjoy herbal tea and fruit salad while connecting with others in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Ecstatic Dance is a space for freedom, expression, and authentic connection.
To help everyone feel safe and open, we follow :
No shoes
No phones — be fully present
No talking on the dance floor — let movement be your language
No intoxicants — we dance naturally
Consent is key — always ask (non-verbally) before joining someone’s dance
Bring curiosity, presence, and your open heart. This is your space to move, release, and reconnect.
