Welcome to Ecstatic Dance Vaasa — a wellness dance experience where rhythm becomes a pathway inward. Through conscious dancing, you are invited to listen to your body, release stress, explore movement with curiosity, and awaken a deeper sense of presence.
This is a supportive environment where everyone moves in their own way. You do not need any dance experience. There is no right or wrong way to move — only your own body, your own rhythm, and your own journey.
Our dance floor is held as a sober and respectful space with:
• no alcohol
• no drugs
• no talking on the dance floor
This helps create a stronger sense of safety, inward focus, and grounded connection for all participants.

• joy and freedom in movement
On this special evening, guest DJ ATTE guides the musical journey with warm Afro House, Afrobeats, and Latin House rhythms — an energising and uplifting set designed to gradually build freedom, confidence, and connection in the body.
With over ten years behind the decks, ATTE is known for his ability to read the room and create a musical flow that evolves naturally with the dancers.
