A Conscious Dance Gathering
We return for our fourth Ecstatic Dance Oakville — this time aligning with International Women’s Day.
This edition honours the feminine current within all of us — intuition, creativity, resilience, rhythm — while welcoming every body to the floor.
Our previous gatherings have welcomed over 80 dancers into a respectful, heart-centered space rooted in music, embodiment, and community. Each event continues to deepen connection while maintaining an intentional, elevated container.
This is not a party.
It is a movement journey.
What to Expect
• Opening circle with guided intention setting
• Ecstatic Dance journey with live DJ set by Cacaoboy
• Closing sound meditation & integration
The music unfolds in waves — grounding arrival, global grooves, emotional release, and spacious landing.
No choreography.
No performance.
No expectations.
Just breath, presence, and movement in a substance-free space.
What Is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement experience.
There are no steps to follow and no experience required.
You move in your own way, at your own pace.
The music guides the body through rhythm, emotion, energy, and rest — supporting release, expression, and reconnection.
It’s not about how you look.
It’s about how you feel.
