WHAT TO EXPECT ?

Our women’s-only ecstatic dance is a safe, sober, sacred space to express yourself through mindful movement — held within an intentional journey from arrival, to activation, to release, to integration.

Each evening includes:

• Opening circle + gentle warm-up
• A curated DJ-led ecstatic dance journey
• Live immersive visuals throughout the space
• A creative corner for drawing, journaling, and self-expression beyond movement
• Closing sound healing + integration
• Space to connect, move freely, and express creatively

✨ No choreography. No judgement. Just your body and your rhythm.

Each month is guided by the energy of the full moon, with subtle shifts in music, visuals, and atmosphere — giving you a reason to return and go deeper each time.

WHERE?

Hosted at The Bath House in Hackney Wick, one of our favourite spaces in East London. The dance hall features an incredible custom Quadraphonic Soundsystem by Giant Steps with 360° immersive audio.

You are welcome to arrive before the opening circle to ground, settle into the space and enjoy a hot cup of cacao from the café with like-minded women.
