Sunday Ecstatic Dance :: A weekly soulful gathering of intention in motion.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.

When: Post-Dance | 6:30ish to 8:30ish
What to Bring:
Clothes, accessories, bags, purses, shoes & costumes.
Rule of Thumb:
If you wouldn't give the item to a good friend don't bring it.
Please:
Help set up and break down! This is the hardest part of swaps please help where you can. Support can look like:
-sorting through things and putting them in respected areas
-bagging items at the end
-taking items to donation centers
This will be kid friendly, sober environment, and all bodies welcome.

We value reciprocity. If you are unable to afford a ticket, but you want to attend, reach out to see about exchanging something at equal value as a form of energetic reciprocation.
