Ecstatic Dance is a global movement that began
in the mid-90s, inspired by Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms
— a celebration of free movement, rhythm, and
self-expression.
At beyond studio,
Ecstatic Dance becomes a
silent practice in the dark. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a set of headphones that open a world of sound.
You’re invited to move freely, letting the music guide your body. This is a safe space to reconnect and to rediscover the joy of pure intuition. No steps to follow, no judgments.
Each session closes gently with a moment of stillness or sound, grounding you after the flow.
