About this Event
The Nature Well approach is an integrative nature and health working with people’s health and well-being in natural settings. It is rooted in supporting people and nature to recover and flourish together, helping people and communities connect to nature for their health and well-being
Dee facilitates ecotherapy workshops grounded in the Natural Academy model of Ecopsychology and nature-based practices and is dedicated to helping people move from disconnection to a deeper alignment with the natural world and with community. Her focus is in the realm of nature, health, and well-being, and uses her own lived experience to support participants in restoring and revitalizing themselves while fostering a deep sense of self within the interconnected web of nature.
The day will start at 12:00 with a light lunch followed by the 1.5 hour workshop. There will be time afterwards to relax and enjoy the space.
No prior experience required. This is a safe space to explore something new.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that enable you to move. If we get the chance, weather permitting, to explore The Sheds’ small woodland and scrubland, you will need suitable shoes and long clothing as the ground is uneven and nettles are in abundance!
