About Lucy Saunders

Lucy Saunders is a Toronto-based Landscape Designer and lifelong gardener whose love of plants has shaped her life on two continents. From the UK to Canada, she has always found space for a garden — no matter the size.

She believes our home gardens can be powerful forces for change: supporting pollinators and wildlife, helping address climate pressures, and even contributing to food security — all from our own backyards.

Motivated by this conviction, Lucy pursued formal training in Landscape Design through the University of Guelph. She now designs beautiful, ecologically balanced spaces for her clients and tends her own garden alongside a Toronto ravine, cultivating native and edible plants and proving that beauty and ecological responsibility can thrive side by side.
