In honor of Fashion Revolution Week 2025 we are adding a Mending Workshop to this event! Angela will bring an assortment of needles and threads to show her favorite methods of repairing garments to get even more use from them. Bring a piece that might have a hole, tear, missing button, or other damage and Angela will help you brainstorm how to best repair it! Practice the techniques with guidance to get it back to wearing shape in no time.
Perfect for spring cleaning season, we'll also be hosting a Clothing Swap! Bring a garment or few pieces of clothing that are still in great condition but you don't wear or like anymore. We'll hang them up and everyone can "shop" from each other's discards, to swap for something that speaks to your style now. Any leftover garments will be donated by the hosts after the event.
