Through layered tones of crystal and metal singing bowls, gentle chimes, and resonant frequencies, the body is guided into a meditative state where restoration can naturally unfold.
You’ll be invited to lie back comfortably, close your eyes, and simply receive. Sound moves through the body in a way that doesn’t require effort or intention — allowing space for deep rest, emotional release, and energetic reset.
