Join us for a monthly dining experience inspired by the rich flavors and traditions of Southern cuisine. Each installment of the Eatonville Sunday Supper Series features a thoughtfully curated four-course menu, highlighting classic dishes with a refined touch.
This is a seated, plated dinner experience designed to be savored—perfect for a night out, a special occasion, or simply gathering around good food.
Four-Course Dinner Menu
Welcome Course (family-style)
Honey Cornbread with Lavender Honey Butter
Starter (choice of one)
Fried Green Tomatoes - avocado and micro-greens salad, basil oil, saffron aioli
Gumbo — shrimp, crab, and smoked sausage with onion, mixed peppers, garlic, Cajun seasoning, okra
Entrée (choice of one)
BBQ Pork Baby-back Ribs — Cajun fries, coleslaw
Catfish & Grits — jalapeño-gruyere heirloom grits, cider-braised collard greens, tomato butter
Southern Fried Chicken — airline chicken breast, Eatonville mac & cheese, collard greens
Vegan Jambalaya Pasta — penne pasta, vegan andouille “sausage,” onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato, Cajun cream sauce
