About this Event
is hosted by American University in Washington DC on June 1-4, 2026, to continue an almost 20-year history of IWSM. Focus areas include sequential and group sequential testing, adaptive designs, multi-stage inference, clinical trials, change-point detection, selection and ranking, machine learning, optimal stopping, reliability and survival analysis, stochastic approximation, and related fields of probability, statistics, and applications. Registration includes access to all the conference events and activities, breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks, the conference banquet, the Washington DC city bus tour, and the 2-hour Potomac river cruise with hors d'oevures.
