Chef David Kuo, the renowned chef/owner of Little Fatty, brings his creative fusion of Asian flavors to this cherished celebration. In collaboration with Eataly, Chef David will prepare a sumptuous multi-course feast using Eataly’s fresh, high-quality ingredients, including the finest seafood, produce, and specialty items.
Set in our open kitchen, this dinner is designed as an interactive and demonstration experience, giving you an up-close look at the preparation of each dish.

- Please note, this is a demonstration and tasting format class, not a hands-on class.
- No physical tickets are issued for classes and events. Please present your confirmation email upon arrival for check-in.
- Seating is first-come first-served. Doors open 10 minutes before start of the class.
