Emily Weinstein, editor in chief of New York Times Cooking and Food, offers a beautifully curated group of recipes in her new cookbook Easy Weeknight Dinners. This highly accessible, indispensable cookbook contains 100 of Weinstein’s favorite dishes, some of which take as little as 10 minutes to make.
She will be joined by bestselling cookbook author of Korean American: Food That Tastes Like Home and The New York Times Magazine columnist Eric Kim for this appetizing afternoon about delicious dinners for busy people. An assortment of Eric’s delicious cookies will be served.
