Join us for a Vintage swap meet at Dubuque County Fairgrounds. Vintage car, mini bike, motorcycle parts are the focus of our swap. (Those with dog treats, new Hot Wheels, Tupperware, candles, new clothes, etc need not apply) We are a VINTAGE event! This is another great part of Vintage Torque Fest - a 501(c3) non profit designed to help kids with congenital heart defects.
