Join Craftabulous for a fun and creative Easter-themed crafting session!
Perfect for children aged 4 and up, this free activity offers two different crafts to choose from, depending on age and ability. All materials are provided, just bring your imagination!
Craft Options
1. Hollow Egg Decorating
A colourful, easy craft where children can decorate as many eggs as they like. Options include:
· shrink‑wrap egg designs (using hot water with adult supervision)
· decorating artificial eggs for a more durable keepsake
This craft is suitable for children aged 12 and upwards.
2. Easter Chick & Bunny Boxes
A simple, playful craft perfect for younger children. Using round cheese boxes, children can create cute chicks and bunnies with:
· fluffy yellow feathers
· whiskers
· bunny ears
· and more!
This craft is suitable for children aged 4 and upwards.

Getting to the Greenhouse Community Hub
The Greenhouse Community Hub is centrally located within Victoria Park, directly opposite the aviary. It’s easily accessible by various modes of transport:
- By Car: Pay-and-display parking is available around Victoria Park, and additional paid parking can be found at the nearby St John’s Cathedral car park.
- By Train: The park is a short walk from Portsmouth & Southsea train station.
- By Bus: Victoria Park is situated in the city centre and is served by several bus routes. It’s also adjacent to the Park & Ride drop-off and collection point.
