Join us for an evening of music and movement in a 5-stage Ecstatic Awakening Dance led by Tess. The experience will conclude with a unique, meditative journey created by Tibetan bowls, Gong and instruments.

Ecstatic Awakening Dance is a 5-stage "energy experience" designed to energise the body, release stress, move stuck energy and bring you to the here and now. The stages are: warm-up; shake; breath of fire dance; stillness; heaven and earth meditation, all of which are carried out with either the eyes open or closedAbout Tessa John- Dance/ Movement practitioner/Yoga Teacher and Ecstatic Dance Facilitator

Tessa's journey of working therapeutically with dance, yoga and movement began in 2009 when she carried out the BWY teacher Since then, she went on to pursue Shakti Dance/ Kundalini training.Tessa is currently supporting extensively in the field of addiction, and also has experience working with PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety and depression.What to wear/ bring

Dress warmly in loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and bring yoga mats, blankets, cushions, or anything else that will help you relax during the gong bath.

You may also wish to bring an eye mask or soft scarf to enhance your experience.

Jugs of water will be available, but feel free to bring your own bottle of water, or any other soft drink, with you.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol, drugs and caffeine before the event.
