Non-profit organisers
The conference is organised by volunteers from Norfolk Osteopathic Society. As a non-profit event, any profits will be donated to the Osteopathic Foundation (oF).
The oF is a charitable trust set up to advance osteopathic practice for the benefit of the public's health. It funds education and research projects and promotes productive relationships both within and outside of the profession. It receives no government funding and relies heavily on donations from the members of the public and the profession.
Location
The East of England Osteopathic Conference is held in the Top of the City conference room at Norwich City Football Club. Pitch view of the ground is the amazing back drop for the day.
Just a ten minute walk from Norwich train station and ample free parking available at the football ground.
There is a Holiday Inn adjacent to the football ground, plus plenty of accommodation options in/around the city.
Tickets
£93 early bird per person for 7 hours CPD, lunch and refreshments. Early bird ticket sales end at 6pm 14 December 2024. Then full price tickets are £118 until 4pm 8 February 2025.

On arrival: tea/coffee and muffins.
Morning refreshment break: tea/coffee, biscuits and home-baked cakes.
Lunch: a hot fork buffet with refreshments.

Booking Terms
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. We will endeavor to cater for dietary requirements when informed less than four weeks before the event, but it is in agreement with the venue and catering team.
Data Protection
The information you provide the East of England Osteopathic Conference is required to confirm your place on the course and will only be used to contact you if relevant to the course. Your information will not be passed on to any third parties.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your place more than four weeks before the event, you will receive a refund on your ticket. If you cancel your ticket less than four weeks before the event, we regret that no refund can be issued, however you may change the name on the ticket for no added cost when agreed with the organisers.
