About this Event
This Winter Solstice Edition event is designed to embrace reflection and preparation for the cold season. The session will begin with a Choreographed Contemporary Dance Workshop focused on channeling your divine feminine energy to eliminate stagnant energy.
Following the movement, participants will engage in Reflective Journaling and a Sister Circle to discuss the past, harbor lessons learned, and prepare for the frost. The core focus will be on addressing the urge of discouragement with actionable steps, resources, and tools, ensuring motion continues even when things are cold and frozen. Light refreshments will be served.
