For the next few Earthworks sessions we will be conducting a series of surveys to help us to build a picture of the species that we have at Treacle Valley. This is vital work for us to be able to understand our impact on the woodland and how best to manage it!Our last of our surveying series and this month we are looking at insects - butterflies, bees, hooverflies, and anything else we might find under rocks and logs.
All welcome and it's free to attend.
Children's activity will be focused on pond dipping and discovering what lives in our pond!
If you haven't been to us before, please drop us a message so that we can direct you. The sessions don't take place on the campsite but in the woods nearby. Please contact us first so we can make sure you find us!
