About this Event

Join us at Leyton Library to create your own paper plate Earth clock as an thoughtful image for Earth Hour Day.

Earth Hour is a worldwide movement organized by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). The event is held annually, encouraging people to give an hour for our planet Earth by switching off non-essential electric lights, for one hour from 8:30p.m to 9:30p.m, as a symbol of commitment to the planet.

It was started as a lights-off event in Sydney, Australia, in 2007.

Age 5+

All children must be accompanied and supported by their adults.
