Join us for Island Yoga at Columbia Island Marina, where the river breeze, open sky, and rhythm of nature (and DCA...hee hee) become part of the practice. We’ll flow through grounding movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness—honoring the earth beneath our feet and the life it sustains.
