Hostelling International USA invited you to join us as we celebrate Earth Day 2024!
Starting outside our Fisherman’s Wharf location at 10am, we will begin with a mindful meditation and stretching circle connecting us with our environment, the land we stand on, and our roles.
Once that concludes, our service portion of the day begins with everyone grabbing provided trash grabbers, gloves, and trash bags.
Our goal is to pick up as much trash as we can find around Fort Mason & the Great Meadows while engaging in conversation and listening to earth-themed music along the way. Stick around and enjoy some light snacks and refreshments! All ages welcome!
Meeting point: At the picnic tables outside the hostels in the back of the hostel.
