Earth Beneath My Feet Outdoor Retreat celebrates the Summer Solstice with a peaceful day of holistic therapies, community and acceptance.

Our offerings along with the scenic countryside setting will include,

💆‍♂️ Indian Head Massage & Relaxation Techniques

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Classes, with experienced teacher Jan who has taught yoga for over 25 years at the Mere Golf Resort & Spa.

🍃 Sound Therapy, includes sound baths with qualified practitioner Gemma for an outdoor sensory experience.

🪘 Shamanic Drum Workshop, hosted by an experienced drummer and workshop leader. Percussion instruments will also be available, for you to express yourself throughout the day.

🙌 Reiki, open sessions throughout the event.

💨 Chakra Dance, open sessions throughout the event.

💫 Guided Meditation, small group relaxation and meditation offerings are available throughout the day so you can choose when to partake.

The investment includes the above workshops and holistic therapies. All participants will also receive a complimentary glass of pressé on arrival and a goodie bag at the end of the day.

The below are available for an additional cost, due to the event's rural location, we ask you to bring cash if you'd like to make a purchase.

Deckchair (It is a very safe area you won’t have to carry it around you can pitch it up and wander the event as it is an intimate small event, and it’s very secure)

Yoga Mat (If taking part in yoga sessions or sound bath therapy)

Throw / Blanket (If taking part in sound bath therapy or if it is a little chilly in the evening)

Cushion (If taking part in sound bath therapy or simply to chill in the moment and enjoy just being)
