Halloween is coming soon!! Join us in this upcoming creative, playful, spooky figure drawing session in North Greenwich with a unique fun theme: Frankenstein.
Inspired by the legend, we will explore different body parts, poses, and angles with a Halloween twist. Embark on an unpredictable creative journey; the session will be guided by interactive moments and themed prompts. “Stitching” mismatched, wacky, bizarre ideas together to create unforeseen results.
Come, experiment, learn, and, most importantly, enjoy the process.
About the Guest Host:
Hi everyone, I am Jeffrey. Born and raised in Hong Kong, I was equally exposed to both Western and Japanese cartoons. I was drawn to both their character design and style from a young age and started to draw them. Drawing for me is a never-ending study of observation and expression. Out of all subjects, I always find the human figure the most challenging yet rewarding and beautiful.
I got introduced to the concept of life drawing for the first time in uni while studying architecture. Last year, I wanted to be serious about drawing and slowly develop my own sense and style. So, I joined my first ever session with EM life drawing and became a regular. I have been loving the cosy, welcoming and also inspiring community.

Rundown:
Doors open: 6.45pm
Life drawing: 7 to 8:30pm (mix of short and long poses, with short break)
Door close: 9pm
House Rules:
- NO REFUNDS - Due to the amount of time and effort invested in event planning, we are unable to give refunds for this event.
- Book ASAP - Please book online for you and your friends in advance so we know how to arrange the seats.
- Some basic drawing materials and paper will be available for free but if you wish to bring your own sketchbooks and materials please do! Drawing boards, small tables and cosy sofa seats are all provided on a first come-first served basis.
- Discrimination and bullying in any form will not be tolerated at our events.
- The full price ticket includes one drink (a small glass of wine or a bottle of beer); more beverages and snacks can be purchased at the in-house bar, which we highly recommend you try!
- This is a 18+ event. We operate a challenge 25 policy at the bar, so please bring ID with you.
- Photography and Filming take place during workshops and gallery opening times. Please let us know if you do not want to be on film. All material captured is used for either our social media or future promotion.
