Registration FULLMay 16, 17, 18, 2026. Registration for the 3-day Groundwork & Horsemanship Clinic with Dustin Drader. This will be a progressive format clinic on understanding and improving general horsemanship skills both in-hand groundwork and skill in riding, including basic obstacles. Located at the Rock Creek Fairgrounds in Rock Creek, BC
Cost: $350.00 (non-members) and $300.00 (2026 KRHC members).
The clinic will be formatted with 2 groups of 6, (with 12 clinic spots available). There will be 3.5 hours of instruction each day. Groups will ride/participate twice each day, once in the morning for 2 hours and again in the afternoon for 1.5 hours.
Group A: morning 8:00-10:00 am, afternoon 1:00-2:30 pm
Group B: morning 10:00-12:00 pm, afternoon 2:30-4:00 pm
Riders will be grouped according to their skill level
Lunch will be 12-1 pm. Riders are responsible for their own food / drink.
Dustin knows the importance of a solid foundation, and therefore, groundwork is a key part of his program. Heavily influenced by the methods of Buck Brannaman, Dustin strives to develop lightness, correct movement and a willing work ethic in all of his horses. He wants to get as much from the horse as he can without it becoming bothered.
Spots are secured once payment is received.
Dogs are not allowed at the Fair Grounds.
