About this Event

Join night explorer, Jon Tyler, for an evening odyssey of astronomy, wildlife encounters, and sensory adventure.

You will join a gentle guided walk, beginning as daylight turns to night. Take your senses on a whole new adventure, as you tune into the twilight world. From owl calling to ancient methods for making light, optical illusions to star gazing. You will experience an exciting array of activity and observation as you enjoy a unique opportunity to explore West Stow Country Park after hours.

West Stow Country Park is a landscape of 125 acres of unspoiled countryside, with heathland, woodland, and the River Lark. The Country Park surrounds the ancient and historically significant site of West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village.

The Brecks Outdoor Festival (7th-22nd September) is hosted by the Brecks Fen Edge and Rivers Landscape Partnership Scheme with thanks to the support of the National Lottery Heritage Fund.
